I like the term that you've coined for it. Since my fiancee works in Chicago around the Sears Tower, I generally just follow her downtown and frequent the numerous Starbucks around her location. I've since signed up for AT&T Wifi Premium subscription so I can get Wifi at any Starbucks. I usually order 2 tall coffees per day, so I factor in a $6 premium for every day I do the nomad thing. That's not too bad for the chance to be out in the open with other people. I’ve also been doing this type of thing for some time now. I like the term that you’ve coined for it. Even if none of our work was directly related, the opportunity for camaraderie combined with the focus provided by not always working at home would be helpful, I think.
